Wet Chemical fire extinguisher- Australian Standards approved - the preferred extinguisher for cafes and kitchens where deep fryers, cooking oils and fat fires are the risk. A wetchem extinguisher discharges a fine spray which reacts with the burning oil or fat, forming a soap-like "blanket".
